When it comes to weight loss food, most athletes know what and when to eat before and after exercising but for most of us who are not athletes do we need to watch out what we eat? Should we even eat after exercising?

Eating after exercise is completely healthy because you need to replenish the lost fluids and repair muscles after subjecting them to intense activity. Also what you eat should depend on the type of exercise you did. Cardiovascular exercise has different needs compared to weight training.

For cardio exercises, many experts suggest that you eat yogurt, fruit salad, toast, brown rice, and oatmeal. While after a session of weight training, they suggest a combination of protein and carbs to repair muscles that are torn after the intense physical activity.

The Benefit Of Women Ab Workout Routines

Something that you can do at home is the ‘Raised Leg Crunch’.  This exercise works your lower abdominal muscles, tightening any flab, and this exercise will work well for most women.  If you work your muscles on a regular basis, there is no reason why you should not start seeing positive results.  Anyone can do this, but you do need to be determined and persistent.  It is often very easy just to give up when you start to feel the aches and pains, but this is only temporary.

What stuff should I eat if I want to get abs?

I am 15 and I am already skinny. I am trying to get abs. I already am doing the exercises, so now I just want to know what stuff I should eat? What should I eat for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner?

PROTIEN! eggs, bacon toast etc. normal healthy breakfast, normal lunches, but load up on meats at dinner. chicken and fish are best. after workouts drink protien shakes. remember to workout all other areas as well. this will help you gain weight too. (not bad)
