What stuff should I eat if I want to get abs?
I am 15 and I am already skinny. I am trying to get abs. I already am doing the exercises, so now I just want to know what stuff I should eat? What should I eat for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner?
PROTIEN! eggs, bacon toast etc. normal healthy breakfast, normal lunches, but load up on meats at dinner. chicken and fish are best. after workouts drink protien shakes. remember to workout all other areas as well. this will help you gain weight too. (not bad)
