Moreover, to buy a high-end computer system will cost a lot of money - big money.

But if you are a gamer who's on a tight budget but still wants to play today's modern computer games, you don't need a high end computer just to enjoy the game. Building a mid-stream gaming system will cost you about half of a high-end system but you will still enjoy the features and pleasures modern games can offer. Here are some important pointers when building a mid-stream gaming PC:

1. Most people would think that the most important part of a PC for gaming is the processor or the graphics card, but when a gamer considers building a gaming rig, one should invest on his Power Supply Unit (PSU). This piece of device will supply all the power a computer needs to operate. If you will buy generic PSUs, most of them are not that reliable and their reported wattage are inaccurate leading to inadequate power supplied to the computer parts. Some also do not posses power surge protection, which is very important. When inadequate power is supplied to all other parts of the computer, it may not perform the way it should be and may lead to deterioration of the parts. Weak PSUs are also responsible for those sudden shutdowns when you are on the heat of battle. This is because when the game displays many sprites, graphics textures, the computer needs extra power in order to satisfy the game's needs, and when the PSU cannot provide such power, the computer shuts down, which could really piss the gamer. To avoid these circumstances and bring out the full potential of your rig, invest on good PSUs. HEC and Gigabyte are very good brands of computer PSU.

2. Another point to consider is the processor. Many people still debate which one should a gamer use, a dual core (2 CPUs) or Quad core (4 CPUs). To most people, Quad core is best for gaming because it contains 4 CPUs simultaneously working together. But in reality, most modern games cannot use more than 2 CPUs, therefore with a Quad Core, 2 CPUs will be in idle state. So if you are tight on the budget, a dual core processor with a high clock timing (>1.8Ghz) is more than enough to satisfy your gaming needs.

3. RAM (random access memory) is also important in gaming. This is where the computer loads all the files needed the game to run. The higher the RAM capacity, the smoother the game will run. For a gaming rig, a minimum of 2gb of RAM is sufficient to run most modern games. Having more than 2 gb of RAM dedicated only for gaming can be pretty overkill and if you do not run many background applications, you are just wasting the extra memory.

4. The graphics card. This piece of device processes all graphical computation and the better the graphics card, the better the quality of the graphics the game will deliver. But high-end graphics cards are very expensive. So try aiming for mid stream cards, which are much cheaper but still can process your graphics to playable settings. Examples of very good mid stream cards are the ATI HD 4770, ATI HD 4850, Nvidia Geforce GTX 260, Nvidia Geforce GTX 270.

5. Video Graphics Memory. Most people misunderstand this piece of information. Most people think the higher the video memory, the better will the card be. Well, this is proven wrong. A graphics card with at least 512mb or 1gb of video memory is more than enough to run modern games. You will only need a high video memory if you intend to play your game on a very high resolution, more than 1920 x 1200. When looking for a good graphics card, determine the card with the best rendering capability and processing power rather than video memory.

6. Last but not the least, The Operating System (OS). The OS usually depends on the gamer, with which program he feels comfortable. But most games today will be released on modern OS and will not support older OS so to play safe, buy, and install the latest OS. Microsoft Windows 7 is the recommended Operating system for gaming today because of its compatibility and stability.

You are always busy. You don’t have enough time to go to the gym. You don’t even have time to stand up away from your computer.  But you have a dream.  A lean muscular, fat free, healthy and a more energetic body.  You want to get that six pack abs look.  Want to get that dream?

Before I give you these ab specific exercises you should know that to rellay get that body you want you need to spend some time on total body workouts also.

but this article is to give you some exercises to do that are specific to working your abs. So here we go.

There are some easy abdominal specific exercises that you can do even at home.  Here are some exercises that can easily be done: 

• Crunches

Almost all people know how to do this.  This exercise targets the upper abdomen.  It’s one of the basic but effective exercises. To perform crunches, you need to lie on a flat surface with your hands in your chest or behind you head.  Contract your abs, then hold for 2 seconds, then return to your lying position.  Proper crunches are in a continuous and controlled fashion.  Concentrate on your abdominal muscles to pull your upper body up.  Avoid using the neck or shoulders to push yourself up.  This incorrect practice will cause stress and strains. 

• Side Crunches

They are basically the same as regular  crunches, except that the main focus is on the oblique muscles which are also called love handles.  It also uses the same technique, only that you are crunching to either side of our abs.  This would burn the sides of your abs. 

• Lying Leg Lifts

This exercise targets the lower abs.  with this kind of exercise, you are on the same position as with the crunches,  you lie flat on your back and lift your legs six to twelve inches of the ground.  This would exercise the muscles in the lower part of the abdomen.  When performing leg lifts, place your hand under your buttock.  It adds leverage and helps you get your feet elevated. 

If you want to add more weight into the exercise, attach padded weights into your ankles.  These weights can be purchased at the local sports store.  If you do not want to buy weights, you can simply fill up old tube socks with enough clean, unused cat litter to make one or two pound weight. 

• V- Crunches

It’s almost like lying leg lifts except your chest is at a 45 degree angle starting out.  Sit at the edge of a bench and reach back just enough to support yourself from completely lying on the bench.  Once you’ve stabilized, bring your knees toward your chest.  You would be creating a V motion.  The base of the V would be your abs. 

• Cat stretch

It’s the same with the movements made by a cat when they stretch their back. This simple action is a quick and easy exercise.  Get down on the floor with your hands and knees, with muscles relaxed and looking straight ahead.  Next, tighten your abdominal muscles while thrusting you back upward as far as you can.  Maintain the position for five counts before lowering your back. 

• Bicycle Crunch

To do this, start y lying flat on the floor. Put your hand beside your head then raise knees up to 45 degrees angle and them perform a pedaling motion like what you do when you ride the bicycle. 

• Standing Side Bends

Standing side bends encourages the loss of fats in the oblique muscles.  To start, stand up straight with the stomach sucked in, legs straight and hands on the sides.  Simply lean the body from left to right being careful not to rotate the hips and while keeping  body facing front.  There is a variety of side bends, this is the torso twists.  Instead of bending side to side twist or rotate the upper body from left to right while keeping the legs straight.

You can remove your flabby stomach and replace it with six pack abs, as long as you have disciplined and of course the will to do so.
