Here are some more information for Abs Drilled:

We've had it drilled into us since we were children, haven't we? What's the most important meal of the day? Breakfast. I know that I used to take this as something of a joke.
Breakfast? I don't want breakfast. I don't have the time. My stomach's upset. I don't feel hungry, etc., etc. But latterly, since retirement, I've been having breakfast and thoroughly enjoying it. And better still, I've been feeling a lot better for it.
Now, you remember me. I'm the skinny little twit who dares write articles on dieting. You know, the one you love to hate! But don't think for one moment that I haven't had my share of diets in the past. Health-imposed diets, it's true. Not through overweight. But a diet is a diet.
There are at least two food items that I simply can't eat today.. and I love them both. Shrimp and doughnuts. Actually, the very occasional doughnut is all right. I can get away with one. But shrimp? Absolutely not. I break out in suppurating sores and Lois has to rush to the medicine cabinet and fill me full of medicine.
But believe it or not, if you are dieting, breakfast is very important. It keeps the old metabolism humming like a happy generator, thereby burning up calories. Not only that, but it keeps the blood sugars and hormone levels stable.
Not only breakfast, but eating sensible amounts of protein is very necessary. I'm afraid this doesn't mean a sixteen ounce steak and baked potato with every meal.
However, fish, eggs, meat, poultry, low fat dairy, nuts and beans are quite acceptable, even necessary, provided you stay within the limits, which are between 15% and 35% protein with every meal. By eating high quality protein within these limits, your muscle mass may be maintained.
Again, it's the question of calorie burning. Eating protein keeps up the muscle mass, which in turn helps the body to burn more calories. It's recommended, too, that you don't go longer than five to six hours between meals.
Indeed, a lot of experts suggest closer time frames than this. Little and often seems to be a good thing.
But. What's the most important meal of the day? Breakfast, that's right. Not, I fear, a full English breakfast. This is definitely a no-no. But I've been having a look at some of the recipes that are recommended, and my word they look excellent. Following is a short list.
Sweet Potato Pancakes.
Pumpkin Pecan Waffles.
Apple Oat Muffins.
Cantonese Vegetable Scramble.
Cheddar and Ham Muffins.
Cinnamon Vanilla Toasted Oats.
Creamy Banana Walnut Oatmeal.
Ham and Egg Casserole, and
Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwich.
There's a huge list, actually. This is only a very small portion. Now of course the big excuse will be that; "I don't have time to prepare all that." Well, make time. This is where we have things the wrong way round these days. The office and work must come first, our well-being a distant second.
Sorry, but this is plain stupid. Make your breakfast. Sit down and enjoy it and lose weight at the same time
Hello. Mike Bond again, this time talking about breakfast. All seems to make sense to me, doesn't it you? There's an excellent weight loss programme on my site which is very well worth looking at. All you have to do is to click on http://www.wealthyoldman.com and there it is
