The Vertical Project is a very popular vertical jump program that claims to "Double Your Vertical Leap".

It is a 15 week program consisting of 3 modules: Training, Recovery, and Getting Started.

Module 1: Training

• This module shows you all the exercises and drills that the program has to offer, including diagrams and videos.
• You will learn a wide variety exercises like plyometrics, isometrics, and water training.
• It also shows you how to calculate your Uncompromised Performance Number (UPN(TM)).
• This lets you determine the exact sets, reps, and weights you need to use for each exercise.

Module 2: Recovery

• This module deals with post-workout rest and recovery.
• You will also learn a lot about nutrition and diet.

Module 3: Getting Started

• This module basically takes what you learnt in the previous modules and creates a program tailored specifically for you.
• The program is split into three 5-week training phases in order to avoid plateaus.

Liked:

99 Cad Catera - I need to know where the ABS and Traction Control Module is located.?

I want to replace the above ABS module on a 99 CAd Catera. I also need to know how to get the cover off that surrounds the temperature control module and radio inside the car.

The ebtcm is located LH front of the engine compartment, mounted to the lower rail

Remove the front ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .
Remove the traction control switch cover.
Remove the traction control switch by depressing the tabs and pulling the switch rearward.
Remove the hazard switch cover.
Remove the hazard switch by depressing the tabs and pulling the switch rearward.
Remove the fuel door switch
Remove the trunk switch.
Remove the heated seat switches
Remove the radio bezel screw covers.
Remove the radio bezel screws.
Important: In order to aid the installation, mark the position of the switch electrical connectors before removing the connectors from the radio trim bezel.

Remove the traction control and the hazard switch electrical connectors from the bezel by sliding the connectors out.
Remove the following wiring connectors from the bezel:
• Trunk

• Fuel door

• Heated seat switch

Remove the ashtray electrical connector from the bezel.
Remove the radio bezel from the instrument panel.
