Here are some more information for Abs Speed:

Do you have six pack abs? Even if you have been training your abs muscles you might not see your six pack because they are hiding behind the layer of fat which sits on top of abdominal muscles. To be able to see your abs you need to burn more fat and that can be achieved by adding more cardio exercises to your workouts. If that is not enough you need to adjust your diet accordingly. You can either reduce your overall calorie intake or you can change what you eat to better accommodate your workout.
Let us reduce calories first. To cut down on your calories you need look in more detail at your portions for each meal as well as what you are eating. High calorie foods can destroy the best workout. Start reading the label information of what you are planning on eating. Pick foods that have less sugar and less fat compared to what you have been eating before. Replace high calorie foods with foods from the same category that carry less volume. As an example, white toast has a lot of sugar - pick a different bread with less sugar and that also has a higher amount of whole wheat compared to toast. A single change or replacement of food will not do the trick, but do this with 5 or 6 different foods and suddenly you might cut out 200 or 300 calories per day. Often that is enough to lose weight (fat) while not changing your workout.
Now that we have reduced our calorie intake, let's eat better. Pick foods that offer more protein or more fiber. Protein and fiber will make you feel more full. When buying fat free products, make sure that the replacement is not loaded with sugar. Rather compromise on the fat as long as the overall amount of sugar is reduced, too. Instead of Pork start eating more Chicken. Opt for grilled Chicken and definitely stay away from any fried Chicken. By improving your diet by eating better the flab of fat that covers your abs will slowly disappear by itself.
Your diet and eating habits should be better understood now. At this point it is important to look at your workout. Add some cardio to your workout. Running or usage of an Elliptical trainer work great and provide the extra calorie usage you need to speed up the fat burning process. This combined with the 2 steps described above puts you on the road of success for showing off some great six pack abs.
Change your workout schedule once or twice a week. Workout for 1 hour before breakfast as that forces your body to burn fat. Make sure to stay hydrated during that time. Coffee or water will be fine. Coffee offers the benefit of having caffeine which helps to speed up your metabolism. A cup of Joe 15-30 minutes before your morning workout will do the trick. Why should you only do a workout before breakfast once or twice a week? Your body adapts fast to changes and if you do it too often the extra benefit you are hoping to gain will disappear.
As you are serious about losing belly fat and building up abdominal muscles, don't wait and start right away. Keep in mind that you are attacking the final layer of fat when working out for your six pack abs. The only way you are able to change your body for the better, is to get into the habit of working out and to adjust your diet. Take action. If you want to kick start this process, start today with a proven fitness program called The Truth about Six Pack Abs. It goes into greater detail of what I have described above.
The Top 5 Myths About Getting Ripped Abs
Getting ripped abs can seem like an impossible goal. Many people try and try to burn off that abdominal fat, but they just can't seem to get rid of it. The reason? To a large degree, people fail because they are misinformed.
Unless you can separate fact from fiction and learn which techniques and exercises are truly effective, you'll never get six pack abs. Therefore, I have compiled the following list to expose the top five fat burning myths.
Myth #1: You can get six pack abs from doing crunches
The truth is, you can do two hundred crunches a day and still not get ripped abs. While crunches and other abs exercises will define your abdominal muscles, these muscles won't be visible until you also burn off the fat covering them. It takes a combination of abdominal workouts, proper diet, and the right type of aerobic exercises to get six pack abs.
Myth #2: You have to do many different exercises to target ab muscles
In reality, as few as two to three exercises can hit all the areas of your abdominal muscles. You really don't need to follow exotic routines or use expensive equipment in order to get great results. Research has shown that some of the simplest exercises are actually the most effective at targeting the abdominal muscles. Of course proper form is essential to maximize your results and avoid injury.
Myth #3: You have to run/jog/walk a long time to burn fat
Actually, exercising at the same speed for a long time is not the most effective way to burn fat. In fact, you can do aerobic exercises for less than 25 minutes just 3 days a week and maximize fat burning. It's simply a matter of how you exercise, not for how long or even how often.
Myth #4: To get ripped abs, you need to cut your fat intake
In fact, it is possible to actually increase your fat intake and still burn fat. Eating some fat actually tends help you feel full, so cutting fat and sticking to a high carbohydrate diet can actually lead to increased hunger and higher caloric intake.
Myth #5: You have to eat six small meals a day to get ripped
The truth is that, if anything, eating regular meals is not a good way to speed up your metabolism. In fact, by skipping meals now and then or even occasionally fasting for 24 hours, you can actually speed up your metabolism and increase fat loss.
