Here are some more information for Ate Abs:

Ryan Reynolds exemplifies the type of physical transformation you can achieve when you follow strict dietary and fitness guidelines. The way he reshaped his body for his role in the Blade Trinity was incredible: he dropped 8% of body fat, and gained 20 pounds of muscle. His abs turned from nothing to talk about to a sizzling six pack.
So, how do you get abs like Ryan Reynolds? Let's see how he did it, but remember that he had the support of a personal trainer.
Diet
When you look at what he ate, it's very clear that starvation wasn't part of the program. The key was to gain muscle mass, so Ryan Reynolds did eat quite a lot. In fact, he ate by grazing which is eating something every 2-3 hours, so you never get hungry but don't stuff yourself either.
He did eat fat, but the good kind like avocado or almonds. This is something which many people neglect to do and it's unhealthy because your body definitely needs fat to survive.
He also ate a lot of vegetables and lean protein like chicken and eggs.
Workouts
Of course, to get insane abs like Ryan Reynolds has also requires working out to build muscle tissue and burn fat. He did this intensively as each workout took at least 2 hours, and he worked out for 6 days a week. Remember, he had the time to do this and a trainer to accompany him. You can achieve excellent results with much shorter workouts and fewer visits to the gym.
Doing workouts lie Ryan Reynolds may be too much without a personal trainer to walk you through them. So, take things gradually.
Finally, Ryan Reynolds also used visualization to help him picture the final results he wanted to achieve. The connection between mind and body has long been established, so this is something you should also bear in mind: you need to believe in your goals and your ability to achieve them in order to succeed.

The Nutrition You Need To Get Six Pack Abs Fast
By eating a diet that provides the nutrition to build your abdominal muscles, you'll find it far easier to actually get somewhere when your working out. So instead of pushing yourself overboard with your abs exercises, design a solid eating plan and watch as you get six pack abs really easily.
So now let see what sorts of things go into a great six pack abs eating plan. First off your going to need carbohydrate. You may have heard elsewhere that you need as low carbs as possible. But I can tell you right now that if you want your body to function on top form then you'll need to be eating carbohydrate.
You see, carbs keep your energy levels up son without them your body will slow down and build muscle very slowly if at all. Because your body will have no energy to build new muscle tissue.
To find out how much carbohydrate you should consume, you need to divide your bodyweight in half and this is how much you should eat in grams. Aim to eat your carb allowance before and after a workout as this is when your body will need it most.
Protein is the next component to getting six pack abs. This can be found in meat like Beef, Pork and fish. It's critical that you get enough because these are literally the building blocks for your body. So without them you won't be able to build even a pound of muscle because your body won't have the raw materials to make the tissue.
Of course your diet right now will contain some protein, but you should try to be eating about 1.5 grams per pound of your bodyweight for best results. As well as this try to eat another 20g before and after your exercise routine.
For this diet you will still need to get your fats. Without fat many of your body functions will start to slow down there-by decreasing the rate that you body builds muscle. Multiply your bodyweight by 0.2 and this is how much fat you need in grams.
I see so many people trying to get six pack abs by doing crunches, leg raises, sit ups and lots more abdominal exercises but they still get know where. What they don't know, is that doing these kinds of exercises will not burn the belly fat hiding there abs! They'd be able to lose there fat right away if they ate less calories, kept to an eating plan like this one and did some cardio training.
So with calories, try and only eat 10 for every pound of your bodyweight. Of course you'll realize that this is significantly less than you would normally eat, but as soon as this abs diet starts to kick in you'll be thanking me for it.
You now have the principles you need to build your own six pack diet - get started. Some foods that you might want to include are: quinoa, lentils, pork, egg whites and lamb. Those are some personal favourites of mine that I've had some good success with in the past.

Eat more calories or less calories to build abs?
I'm almost 17. 135 lbs, 5'9. I've been working out the past two months and one of my main goals is a 6 pack. Since I'm trying to burn the very little fat that is covering my abs, should I be eating the normal amount of calories or less to help build my abs? And should I run the treadmill to burn the calories I take in?
The main problem I face when trying not to eat too many calories is the more protein the product has in it, the more calories it has.
eat normally, sit ups regularly.
confirm it gonna shows result in a month
