Differences between the UK nissan 350Z and the JAP Fairlady Z?

Hi, was just wondering if anyone can list the differences between these two cars,

I dont mean things like leather interior on the UK one with a GT pack, and on the ST jap version.

I mean actually styling differences, IE most of the jap fairladys iv seen dont have a small rear spoiler, and some dont have Brembo brakes, and performance differences. Is it the same engine layout? does the Jap version have different parts when it comes to servicing them? or when they break down are all the components the same as UK spec?

Anyway, any input much respected

The UK 350Z is the same as the Fairlady Z in Japan. Although I believe the European version only gets certain trims so that would explain the Brembo brakes and the small lip spoiler in the back. I do know that when it was introduced in 2002, the Z appeared in Europe with only the "Track" trim. I believe parts and engine layout would be the same between Europe/Japan considering they are both right-hand drive.

And just for clarification for the Nissan Master Technician above me:

The U.S. 350Z IS the Fairlady Z in Japan, the Japan Fairlady Z is the 350Z in U.S. Period. It is NOT imported into the U.S. as the Infiniti G35 or G37, the Fairlady Z is imported into the U.S. as the 350Z. The Infiniti G35/G37 is the NISSAN SKYLINE (currently V36) in Japan market, NOT the Fairlady Z. The Z in Japan does NOT seat 4 people, it seats 2 - the same as everywhere else. It is essentially our 350Z (soon to be 370Z) with the steering wheel on the right.
