Here are some more information for Calipers Big:

After many years of spending hundreds, and even thousands, of dollars, after getting sick on them, and after seeing no kind of results in the form of weight loss / fat burn from them, many have finally realized that they are WORTHLESS.
Yet, many are still confused if the supplements that are sold as "Meal Replacements", "Weight Gainers", "natural supplements", and "amino acids" have some good use in substituting for some whole foods to help speed up their goals to lose weight and burn off body fat.
Surely you see them in just about every other page in every-single bodybuilding / fitness magazine. Everyone at the gym uses them.
Go to any grocery store and they have them there too. Yes, even you have probably used them and / or are using them right now.........
Shakes and supplements.
Many different "meal replacement" powders and shakes, also known as RTD's, are sold as being a substitute for a real, whole food meal.
The makers claim that they are "just as good, if not better, than eating a real meal", which will, supposedly, speed up the weight loss process.
They claim to have higher amounts of protein, lower amounts of sugar / carbs, and add in ingredients such as BCAA's, Glutamine, Creatine, HMB, CLA, so on and so forth.
They claim that in order to lose weight / burn fat you need a high amount of this and that, and that you can't get those from just eating the right foods. .....
That's what the makers claim.
First off, no supplement that is out on the market right now will do the work in burning body fat or losing weight as hyped in the ads.
Not "metabolism boosters", calorie burners, carb / starch blockers, fat blockers, etc.
If you are skeptical, perform a test on yourself:
For one month, don't change anything about your training routine or diet habits.
Measure your arms, your chest, and your waist with a measuring tape and fat calipers.
Take one supplement, and only one. Use it for that month.
Then take your measurements again.
I guarantee you that your measurements will reveal that your arms or chest didn't get any more toned, and that you're body fat levels will not have dropped beyond what you normally would have burned, regardless of what the weight scale says.
So, when a meal replacement shake or powder advertises that it is better than eating whole food because it contains all of these extra "fat burning / weight loss / metabolism boosting" compounds, don't be fooled.
Even if it actually contains those ingredients, they don't work as hyped up anyway!
Second, meal replacements claim to have a certain amount of protein grams, carb grams, and fat grams.
Well, lately there have been several analysis done on many popular supplements, and it has been discovered that many of them do not contain the amount of ingredients as printed on the label!!
Just a while back a report was written that a popular "protein bar", that claims to taste like Snickers, contained up to 7% less amount of protein than the label claims.
And it contained much more sugar than stated.
Many of these makers "skim" on the ingredients to bring the cost down of making those supplements, while lying on the nutrition labels, just to make a bigger profit!
Third, the price.
A meal replacement powder can cost you up to $3.00 PER PACKET, while it would probably cost you $1.00 or less if you were to eat the same amount of calories from real food.
I don't know about you, but I rather keep my money in my pocket.
Fourth, and probably the most important out of all, is that powders and shakes contain many ingredients that are down-right harmful to your internal body.
In order to make these "meal replacements" into powders and to be able to be stored for long periods of time (for shipping and sitting on the store shelves), many chemicals and preservatives must be added.
What do you think happens when you are constantly putting into your body foreign chemicals and preservatives, substances that are not from nature.
Your body does not handle well those types of unnatural substances.
Instead of making you losing weight or stubborn body fat, all you will get is a bloated stomach, diarrhea, and maybe even fatter, since your body doesn't digest it well.
How many times have you drunk a protein shake and 30 minutes later you start to get "gas"?
That's your body's way of telling you that it cannot handle that shake.
Also, "meal replacements" don't contain vital nutrients that are a "must-have" if you want to grow a healthy physique, such as vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, enzymes, etc.
These powders don't have any of those things.
Don't believe me, read the nutrition labels.
On the contrary, whole foods are natural, they contain all of the vital nutrients that your body requires to get big and strong, they are much less in price, and they won't cause you to go running to the nearest toilet.
Without a doubt, if you want to lose weight / burn body fat, forget about those disgusting-tasting meal replacement powders and shakes, and eat real whole foods, just like our ancestors did back before the supplement industry came along with all of their lies.

1948 Mercedes-benz A320 Cabriolet Sold for $350,000 at the 2007 Melbourne Auction
In the news: Last March 12 at the Melbourne International Motor Show auction conducted by the Shannons, a unique 1948 Mercedes-Benz A320 two-door cabriolet that has never made production was sold for $350,000 in front of huge crowd consisting of around 1,500 people at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
Despite the limited lots available as compared to previous years, the Melbourne International Motor Auction was able to sell more than $2.7 million and obtain an outstanding clearance rate of over 90 percent of all lots. Out of the $2.7 million, around $600,000 was spent on vehicle number plates of which five VicRoads’ new signature plates have been sold for a total of $154,000 ahead of their public launch which was scheduled yesterday, March 13.
The sale of the rare Mercedes-Benz was the highlight of the auction. The striking two-tone blue fully restored vehicle was discovered in an isolated state in Indonesia in the year 1980 and was then brought to Australia where it was restored. Quality Mercedes parts such as the Mercedes brake caliper was used in restoration of the 1948 A320. A Mercedes-Benz brake caliper is an important component of any vehicle since it induces a speed-stopping amount of friction that slows down or stops a Benz vehicle and the 1948 A320 Cabriolet is not an exemption. The 1948 A320 two-door Cabriolet embodies the luxury image of Mercedes-Benz before the devastation of its German factories in World War II. Unfortunately for the A320 instead of making production was overtaken by the more technically advanced 300 series models.
Aside from the A320 Cabriolet, the 1930 Invicta S-Type Low Chassis which was previously owned by the Shannons’ founder Robert Shannon became an additional attraction at the auction. The bidding for the Invicta has also turned out to be an emotional event for both Shannons National Auction Manager Christophe Boribon and veteran auctioneer Bill Wellwood. The Invicta was sold in for $950,000.
Also for auction at the Shannons was the totally-restored 1971 Chrysler Charger R/T E38 coupe sold for a record price of $140,000 surpassing the record of a previously sold Charger R/T E38 at $128,000 which was auctioned last year at Shannons’ Sydney Motor Show auction.
Other cars sold at the auction includes a 1969 Holden Monaro HK GTS 327 coupe in superb condition was auctioned for $120,000, a 1968 Monaro HK GTS 307 coupe was also bought at $50,000 while a 1972 Ford Falcon XA GT sedan was sold for $34,500.
Here are some of the auction results:
• A fully-restored 1956 Holden FJ Utility sold at $61,000
• An un-restored one-owner 1957 Ford Mainline Utility sold for $33,000
• A well preserved one-owner Ford Fairlane ZC 351 V8 sedan sold for $21,000
• A magnificent vintage 1927 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Saloon auctioned for $100,000
• Three-digit Victorian vitreous enamel plate ‘765’ was sold for $75,000 followed by the big-block plate ‘429’ which was sold for $70,000 while the ‘353’ was sold for $63,000
• Four and five-digit plates: the ‘2123’ was able to make $34,000, the ‘8168’ with $32,000, the ‘9.444’ gained $31,000 while the ’30.000’ and ’66.111’ which are considered the best of the five digit plates were sold for $27,000 each.
• The new VicRoads ‘Signature series’ personalized number plates did remarkably well with the GT selling nearly three times its estimate at $53,000 while the ‘RR’ and ‘SS’ were each sold for $36,000. The GTO was sold for $17,000 and the ‘RT’ was taken for $12,000.

Big brake kit question?
hey i'm interested in getting a BBK for my 93 nissan 240sx non-ABS 4 lug setup
I was considering getting this one:
http://www.enjukuracing.com/wilwood-superlite-brake-front-upgrade-8998-nissan-p-7399.html
its the wilwood BBK for the 240sx
the problem is i want to upgrade the rears as well
braking bias is important to me and i dont want my fronts locking up way too early compared to the rear my question is what parts (rear calipers, rotors, BMC etc.) are the best to pair up with this BBK?
i know the 300zx ones are most commonly used and that also means im gonna have to get a new BMC and bigger rotors but i wasnt sure if that would give me the best brake bias
Because you need parking brakes in the rear this may be a problem. That racing shop remarkets brake set ups made by other companys. Small operations get into cash flow issues and sell off inventory at a good price some time. Your best bet is to purchase a $3,500 to 4,000 4 wheel system with the correct master cly. And now is the time to also think about larger rims and 5 lug conversions on every corner. Aw what the heck sell the 16 year old 240 take that money and buy a new 370Z
