Replaced Front Teves Calipers With Akebono & Front Bearings NOW HAS CLICKING NOISE?

My machanic just installed the front calipers & bearings but now there is a clicking noise similar to what a axel going out would sound like. There wasn't this soucn before. Do the brake calipers just need adjusting? Really just sounds like something metal is hitting the wheel(s) not sure if both as they turn.
I already asked my Mechanic and he has no idea. THe Hub & Bearing assmby are new and the rotors & Calipers & Brake pads. Maybe the Hub & Bearing wasn't seated enough and it's just clicking back & forth..???
