How to add air conditioning coolant into chrysler concorde 2000?

I can't figure how to add the aeresol can air conditioning coolant into my chrysler concorde 2000. Where do I plag it ..where is the a/c first of all? My A/C has not been cold enough lately.

On one side of the engine (which side depends on which engine) you will find a round silver canister with silver aluminum lines coming out. It is close to the windshield and is about the size and shape of a jar of mayo. This is the evaporator. One of the silver lines has a blue plastic cap about halfway down. This is called the low pressure side. Unscrew the cap and screw in the R-134. Enjoy icecubes coming out of your dash lol!
