Does converting my rear drum brakes to disc take much?

I am of above average competence in the garage. I want to convert my 91 Civic's rear drum to disc using the swing-arms off a 91 Acura Integra
[I found the recipe online] sooo ooo ooo is this more dificult than it seems? I've taken a 64 VW Notch that I got salvaged and fully restored it to drivability in my teen years. So if it's as simple and straight forward as VW was in the 60's-80's NO PROBLEM!
I don't want to bite off more than I can chew & can not afford to have the convert done by a pro
