Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) - This posture is great for stomach obesity and lower back pain. Start with both feet side by side and touching and your hands together at the chest. As you inhale, raise your arms above your head keeping your hands together. Arch backwards similar to a half moon. Be sure to keep your arms alongside your ears for proper posture.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) - This pose not only gives you a great stretch in your spine and chest but it also firms your gluts and abs. First, lie on your stomach with your chin touching the floor. Your arms should be by your sides with your hands in front of you. While straightening your arms, lift your torso off the floor using your stomach muscles only. Be sure to keep your hips square on the floor, and tilt back as far as you can without pain.

These are just a few of the asanas you can do to make your belly flat. Some of the poses are more advanced than beginner level. You may need to work on your flexibility and strength. But, if you stay with it, you will be able to fully do the pose and will be well on your way to a flat belly. Namaste!

I have a modded 94 cobra, wondering what i should do to it next.?

i have a 1994 mustang cobra. The mod's "the ones I can remember" are; exterior 98 body kit, 17x8 white cobra rims on the front, 17x10's on the back lowered in the front. Interior gutted and turned into an 03 cobra interior "suede and leather. Drivetrain, 331 eagle stroker crank, new pistons, cam, lifters, roller rockers, dumped exhaust, stock t-5 trans "rebuilt" aluminum drive shaft. I think thats about it, I was thinking going with a turbo or supercharger but i dont have the money right now, or a nitrous system, nothing major, maybe 100 shot. Idk if I'll should go wet or dry either.. If you have any suggestions, let me know.
