can i use corvetter z06 rotors on my 1984 camaro z28?

ive seen corvette Z06 brake swaps on a third gen camaro and i dont want to replace everything, could i possibly just use the rear rotors for my rear disc brakes? does Z06 have to be a certain year or anything?
