Here are some more information for Disc Disc:

The sport of disc golf is one of the most rapidly growing sports in the world. There are currently, as of 2010, more than 3000 courses and approximately 87% of them are free to disc golfers.
Technically, the sport is still in its infancy, but many players are starting to rise to the challenge and spread the word about the sport and its many benefits. Over one million people type the phrase "disc golf" into Google's search engine every month...and this number seems to be on the rise.
Many big cities, especially ones like Charlotte, NC are installing disc golf courses at every park. Charlotte alone has more disc golf courses than some states! And why would they do that?
Because disc golf is free! You almost never have to pay ridiculous greens fees, buy clubs that costs hundreds of dollars, or buy the old-man clothes that make you look like Farmer John. For disc golf, you put on some shorts and a t-shirt, get your buddies together, ride over to the park, and start playing.
And if there's not a course near you, you can buy disc golf targets online - and they're not really expensive either. This way, you can set that bad boy up in your yard and practice your game right there. No gasoline required. This is also an excellent tactic for anyone looking to get better behind their friends' back. All of a sudden...you will be playing like Barry Schwartz and they won't know why. (That's a little dramatic...you probably won't be playing like Barry).
But don't despair...there are plenty of things you can do to get better at your disc golf game.
How about some disc golf tips?
First of all, you should almost never use YouTube. YouTube has more junk than a landfill when it comes to good instruction on how to play disc golf and...maybe one day...becoming a disc golf ace. There are a lot of so-called "pros" out there that try to show you how they play...but that seldom works for a beginner.
However, they do deserve some credit. They've taken their own time to make these videos and feel free to watch them at your leisure, but you won't get much out of them.
There are many things a beginner needs to learn:
1) How to putt and sink consistently from 30 feet.
2) Expand the types of throws that you use.
3) Learn when to use specific disc golf throws.
Beginners should start by focusing on their putt. Don't listen to anyone who says to begin playing for distance. Distance will do you no good if you can't sink the disc into the target. Amateurs focus on distance. Putting is where the game is won or lost and it's the first area you should consider studying as a beginner. Even if you're already pretty good.
A great idea is to get a friend, stand 30 feet apart, and practice throwing a putting disc perfectly straight to your buddy. So straight, he barely has to move to catch it. Then he throws it right back. This is a lot easier and more efficient that throwing at a target and going to fetch it every time to make another shot.
You'll get better quicker doing it this way.
To avoid any problems with the wind - try getting a heavier putter. The video at the site I mentioned previously, covers this issue in detail. You should get different discs until you find something that you feel comfortable with.
Never directly copy someone's style. Do you look at someone and try to imitate their walk? Do you try to imitate their voice? Why imitate their disc golf throw then?
It's unique to them, just like your throw will be unique to you. So one last warning, never copy a "pro". They've found their own groove, and you will too. Ultimately, getting better at disc golf will come from practice, determination, and good resources (just like any other sport).
My name is Justin Quick and I'm a fellow disc golfer. My friends and I love the sport because you have all the benefits of golf (beautiful scenery, birds chirping, trees rustling, wind blowing, sun shining)...but it's totally FREE...other than buying discs and random stuff like that. We have a blog at LearnToPlayDiscGolf.com and you can get a free video titled Amazing Secrets To Disc Golf Putting. Once again, it's 100% free...you just have join our list. You'll see it at the top of the page. Please pay us a visit if you get a chance. Look forward to seeing you there!
Degenerative Discs are Reversible
Degenerative Disc Disease is the deterioration of the fragile and thin cartilage between the vertebrae of the spine. Degeneration of the disc, medically referred to as spondylosis, can be notes on x-ray tests by the narrowing of the normal disc space between adjacent vertebrae, thereby causing pain (from mild to severe depending on the amount of degeneration) by the rubbing or touching of the vertebrae bones. This loss of cartilage can be caused by loss of water in the cartilage and usually, but not always, occurs with aging.
However, degenerative discs are reversible. You will probably not hear that from your health care professional. When degenerative discs are detected, the doctors immediately prescribe pain medication and cortisone to reduce the inflammation. However, continued use of cortisone has many serious side effects such as increased appetite and weight gain, water and salt retention, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, cataracts, and/or stomach ulcers, just to name a few.
The next step following the cortisone is spinal fusion. The goal of spinal fusion is to eliminate the motion of the vertebrae at a spinal segment, thus reducing pain caused by the motion. This is done by one of two ways, either by using metallic screws and rods/plates or inter-body cages to immobilize the spine, which can loosen, break or pull out of the bone. Plus, more pain could result if the operation is unsuccessful, thereby leading to additional procedures and subsequent pressure placed on the neighboring discs, and the progression is repeated.
I suffered from degenerative discs and through exercise was able to reverse it. The bones that were degenerative were at my waist and developed because I didn’t have curvature in my lower spine, thereby making the cartilage between the bones in the lumbar region degenerate. By exercising to open up the degenerative discs, I was able to build up the discs and even lost ½ inch in height because the curvature was put back into my spine. By working with my chiropractor on a regular basis to keep my spinal cord aligned and in correct adjustment, exercising my back by specific exercises targeting the area of disc degeneration, and wearing either a back belt and/or using special seat cushions and pillows, the degenerative discs were reversed.
The exercise the worked for me because of the specific area of my spine (the lumbar area) that degenerated was the yoga cobra pose. This exercise is great for people with lower back pain and decreases stiffness in the lower back, enlarges the chest and strengthens the arms and shoulders.
To perform the cobra pose:
Step 1: Lie on your belly while your head rests on your lower arms.
Step 2: Raise your forehead, look upwards and stretch your hands backwards. Let your weight rest on your chest.
Step 3: The head falls a little backwards towards your back and the backward movement proceeds from the neck and the chin. Move your belly further backward as if someone is pulling your arms. The weight is more and more shifted towards the belly and the lower back does the real work.
This exercise opens up the space between the vertebrae, thereby building up the cartilage between the discs. Also, drink a lot of water to hydrate the body, but more specifically the cartilage.
The reversal of the degenerative discs does not happen overnight but takes time and consistency. However, the result is pain free with no adverse side effects.

How do i copy avchd files onto a blu-ray disc?
I've got a sony HD Video camera, the 40Gb HDR-SR10 and i'm trying to copy the avchd files using the panasonic Blu-ray Disc Recorder with 500GB HDD & Twin HD Tuner onto a blu-ray disc. But when i try it says there is not enough space on the disc. The disc is 25GB, but is there a way that i can split the files so some can fit on one disc and the rest on another thanks
It doesn't look like anyone knows the answer to this one. I'd suggest uploading it to a desktop computer, backing it up to a hard drive, then delete half of it off of your camcorder. That should free up enough space to get you the 1st disc burnt. Then once you've burnt the 1st disc, delete the video off your camcorder and then load the 2nd video file to your camcorder and repeat the recording process.
I hope that helps!
