How should I clean warning lights when changed ABS pump?

I just changed my ABS pump in A4, the pump is bought from Ebay which actually fixed my previously brake binding problem. But since this pump does not belong to my car, all the brake-related warning lights are now on constantly.

Any idea about how should I get rid of them?

Can I just take off the ECU computer-related part (black plastic) from my old pump and merge with the new one's metal part?
