99 S-Blazer overheating, WHY?

Have already replaced: water pump, radiator, thermostat,hoses, belt, fan clutch. repeatedly flushed cooling system, it's clean. No internal or external coolant leaks. Lifters replaced a year ago so it has a new intake gasket. Coolant stays clean, doesn't look like any oil getting in it. Same with the oil, no signs of coolant. Fins on radiator are clean, so is a/c condenser. No signs of anything to suspect air flow is interrupted. Morning, evening, and night driving is fine. Only during the heat of the day is there a problem. Gauge gets just short of redline and you can see the coolant boil over into reservoir. Radiator cap is also new. Thanks for any suggestions.

its gotta be the hd gasket///take plugs out one at a time while engine is warm not hot//check for steam at plug opening and conditions of plug/plug should be slightly brown a light color uniformly if you get all but one brown thats where the steam is cleaning it
