can't get the rotor off my 2002 hyundai elantra i'm in the process of changing?

the wheel bearing. i disconected everything. tried even putting the tire back on and hitting it. i drilled out the two screws from the factory, still won't come off. please help thanks.

You should have unscrewed those screws, but what's done is done. If there are threaded holes in the rotor, use an 8mm bolt and an air ratchet to pull it off.

If it doesn't have threaded holes, take your oxygen acetylene torch and heat the hub of the rotor evenly, hot but not red hot. Give a few taps from a hammer between the studs. (being careful not to hit the studs themselves) It should pop free.

If you are replacing the rotor, just whack the back of it with a hammer as hard as you can against the braking surface. One hit should be all it takes.
