Try a hoze clamp. You may not need to replace the hoze.

Be reasonable about tightening the clamp.... The above ground pool's pumps usually have relatively light pipe stubs.

If you have to replace the hoze.. try for the same type as original. The typical above ground pool has some shifting due to the wave action of people swimming. Therefore a stiff PVC will be likely to cause the stubs on the pump to break.
