If you have been searching for information on how to build your own hydrogen generator conversion kit for your car, you have a decision to make.
First, you have to decide whether to even take a chance on building one yourself. (I mean, you can find them ready made on Ebay or craigslist)
Once you have made the decision to build or buy a hydrogen generator, you still have to decide on which design to use.
With all the different designs of hydrogen generators being advertised, its hard to know which is the best design.
All of them claim that to work and increase gas mileage by as much as 100 percent.
That's the way advertising works. Or maybe doesn't work.
What I recommend is asking around to find someone who has built one. The 2 main designs I have researched are ones that use twisted stainless wire, and ones that use stainless steel plates for the electrodes. The twisted wire designs pull less amps from your alternator but the stainless steel plate design has more surface area on the electrodes and can produce more HHO gas but draws a lot of amperage.
Again the best way to find out which one is best is to ask someone that has made one.
Its that simple. That's how I first learned of these things. I met a guy in the gym who was talking about installing one on his Ford Bronco.
He gave me the straight scoop because he wasn't selling them. He didn't really care if I believed him or not. Then he showed me his hydrogen conversion kit that he had made. It was made using the twisted stainless steel wire and it was pretty cool looking. He had a valve to adjust air flow, and a quick disconnect on the vacuum hose so that he could remove the whole unit to work on it and to change the water.
The one thing I did notice was how quiet that big V8 engine was running.
That HHO gas was really making it purr.

A Brief Introduction To The 2005 Ford Gt
When I approach an exotic car that may go 204 MPH with a roof line that is only as high as my belt, I have low ergonomic expectations. I'll probably get some bruising from the suspension and hopefully be distracted by the acceleration to forget how uncomfortable the rest is. I was only right about the acceleration.
The Ford GT is the remake of the 1966 Le Mans champ vehicle called the GT40. The original GT40 was a great looking automobile, but this new GT has a spectacular exterior design. I'm normally fast to whine about a benign design idea, or a trunk line or the shape under the front fender, or at least some small picky thing. But the more I looked around this vehicle, the more admiration I have for this work of art. And the designers & engineers had to take account of stable aerodynamics at 200 MPH that would have flipped the first model on its top.
The 5.4-liter engine fills the entire back half of the car, and the turbocharged V-8 produces 550 hp. For the performance fans: the GT's 0-to-60 time is only 3.3 seconds, and it takes only 11.6 seconds to pass a ¼-mile. The engine note is pretty plain ; no NASCAR guttural tones or Formula-1 scream that I could tell ; the glass partition between the interior cab and the engine deaden the sound. ( From the interior you can turn your head to see a giant belt turning, to what I presume to be the superchargers ).
Under the front hood is plenty of storage room for a sports automobile ; about enough for 6 tennis balls or a couple flip-flops, but not both at the same time! Once within the auto, you notice that the only storage is in the front trunk. There is no glove compartment, no side-pocket, no cup holder, but I suppose I could slide a few envelopes under my seat. But this is exactly what I need in a true sports car - all business at moving me forward and nothing flying round the cockpit as I am taking giant g-forces in the turns.
The interior was far more cosy than I expected, and the black and silver knobs and dash have an edgy look to them. It has the usual enormous red "Start" button that many dear cars have made popular ( again ), and toggle switches like a space shuttle for the rear defroster and danger lights. The tachometer is the big dial in front of the driver and that irrelevant speedometer is off to the right, nearly next to the passenger. Do not forget to set the temperature controls before you start moving because they are under your right elbow in the center console and clumsy to reach while driving.
When driving the automobile, the largest surprise I had is how comfy it takes the potholes and uneven surfaces. I have ridden in sport BMW sedans that don't ride this smoothly. The GT is easy to launch and shift, with power delivered without a noticeable spike from the superchargers. I did not get an opportunity to throw the automobile around many corners, but the low profile and wide stance would indicate an adeptness with lateral-speed.
If you are attempting to duck attention, I won't think of a larger mistake than being in this car. Everywhere I drove some folks were staring and pointing, and at almost each stop light, someone had a question about the car - a ton more public attraction than any other unique production auto I have piloted. But for the GT most of its features are extremes, and I am really pleased that Ford has proven it can compete in the +$150,000 global market.

What to do first with my 1990 Ford Bronco Off-Road experiment truck?
I just purchased a 90 Ford Bronco with the 302. It has a decent body and the motor still runs strong. It has decent off-road tires and shocks, but no lift or anything else. Mileage is 110000. How should I go about getting this truck is good running order and off-road capability to run the trails... nothing crazy... just some logging trails or something similar... Thank you!
leave like it is. throw an extra tire or 2 in the back and go try it out. if it breaks call a buddy, fix it, try it again
