The primary function of your arms during the forearm pass is to redirect the ball to your target. Starting Stance

Styles vary among players and I've seen players start their serve receive in a position that looked like they were about to run a race, with one foot straddling an imaginary starting line and their shoulders erect but turned perpendicular to the player who was serving the ball on the opposing team. Guys have a tendency to start the same way or they will rest their hands on their thighs or the hem of their board shorts until the server serves and/or the ball is just crossing the net.

One other way that elite players hold their arms was made popular by American Steve Anderson coach of the Australian women's Olympic gold medalist Natalie Cook and Kerri Pottharst, bronze medalist in Atlanta and gold medalist in Sydney in 2000. In their starting serve receive stance, Natalie and Kerri would have their shoulders parallel and square to the net but instead of holding their arms in front of them in a cradle position they would hold them straight out from their sides with elbows very slightly bent. In this way, to the opposing team' server the court size looks much smaller making it more difficult for the server to pick wide open space to serve to. It also bolsters the serve receivers confidence in believing that they can get to any spot quickly to pass a ball since the court seems smaller with their arms spread so widely.

Players who are or who have been coached by the Australian Olympian Kerri Pottharst like Tyra Turner, Rachel Wacholder and Angie Akers have a tendency to adopt a wider-arm serve receive starting stance or a modified version of it.

how do I replace the front hub on a 2003 chevy venture?

this is a front wheel drive; with ABS
do have air compressor and sockets big enough

Pull off tire,brakes,rotor,caliper and remove the axle nut 24-26mm (i think), 4 bolts holding the hub on and remove the speed sensor/abs wire. You will prob have to tap the end of the axle to break it loose to remove the hub. All in all its pretty self explanatory and will take approx 2 hrs.
