can i use the throttle body from my 89 chevy trucks original moto when swapping out the motor with a GMC?

I have pulled my v-6 motor out of a 1989 chevy truck and want to replace it w/ a GMC JIMMY v-6 motor. But the GMC is a tuned-port fuel injection. Would it be possible to just use the throttle body/ fuel injection system from the original motor in place of the tuned-port?
