The DC Sports short shifter is precision machined from lightweight 6061 T-6 billet aluminum which makes it lightweight and strong. The package also included all necessary hardware for installation plus some other goodies from DC Sports. These include some stickers, and extra tools. The DC Sports short shifter was available to us for around $70-$80 USD. This short shifter reduces shift throws up to 30%. We installed our shifter on a 1998 Honda prelude. The installation of this product was quite simple. Getting this product professionally installed is not needed. Hondas are good choices as they are japanese and so are notoriously reliable and plus they're pretty quick; the vtec ones can do 0-60 in 6.7 secs.

1993 Honda Prelude SR from North America - Comments
The Toyota Celica I had before was of, by far, better build quality than the Prelude. The Prelude has better acceleration than the Celica, but that's really it. Noisy valvtrain and harsh shifting transmission is where this car really lacks refinement.
