How much does it cost to replace rear brake shoes of 2002 Hyundai Accent GS?

The parts cost $69.80. The labour was 2hrs and $190. Environmental fee (whatever this is) was $19. They also replaced front pads and turned front rotors. Does this sound reasonable?

yeah.. $80 an hour for labor is pretty standard. Kinda dumb that they replaced your front pads too, as I'm sure you didn't need them. But thats a shop for you. If you learn how to do it yourself you will save tons of money though...
