Whats better, Jetta or Golf? and which kind of each?

They are the same cars. One is hatchback and the other is sedan. Both seat 5 people. Both come with the same engines. Both have the same performance and gas mileage. They just have different names. Both have very reliable engines. The only reliability problems I have heard about are power windows getting stuck closed or open and light bulbs burning out faster than usual. These are all minor and cheap fixes.
If you want performance, get the VW Golf GTI or VW Jetta GLI. They both have a sports suspension and a Turbocharged 4 cylinder engine. Both cars can also come with a 2.8L 6 cylinder engine. Both cars can come with the same Turbo Diesel engine and both cars can come with the 2.0Liter non-turbo 4 cylinder engine.
I prefer the Golf in looks. And the Golf was made first.
