Volkswagen Golf vs Volkswagen Jetta?

I know I already compared the GTI to the A4, but I might go even cheaper than that.

Considering overall look and comfort (don't care much about performance), would you choose a jetta or a golf? if you choose golf, would it be a 3door, 5door, city.....

they are the same exact car except one is a hatchback and the other has a trunk. it really comes down to which ever you prefer. If you like putting the seats down and loading large items in through a fully lifting hatch, then the Golf is for you. If you like a traditional sedan with 4 doors and a separate trunk, then the Jetta is for you.
