Can I pull the fuse panel on my 2000 buick century to add an accessory fuse? Or do I need an in-line type?

The inside block has accessory spaces and looks like it comes out, but I cannot find how to in the Chilton. I am trying to wire hideaway strobes without using an in-line type fuse.

you can get fuse/relay boxes from marine supply or big rig shops if you are only going to wire up one thing just use an inline but if you plan on running lots of accessories they your best bet is a dedicated fuse box in the engine compartment
