Ladies what are you doing for your sweetheart this Valentine's Day? I admit that my hubby is a pretty low maintenance type guy and what makes him happy is a quiet evening and a steak. This year Valentine's Day lands on Sunday and I know what my husband is going to want. It just so happens that there is a NASCAR race Sunday and he is going to want to watch. He won't say anything and if I want to go out for lunch after church he will.
So this year, with the pinch of finances most of us are feeling. I was wondering what we can do for our man folks that wouldn't cost us any money but show them how much we love them.
Time is something that we can give to our men. I'm not talking about the fixing dinner, yelling at the kids, and cruising the internet with him in the room, nodding as he scans the TV telling you about his drive home. Long ago in our marriage we were trained that the first 30 minutes when Ron gets home we spend them talking. Doing nothing else and giving our full attention to each other. We usually use this time to determine what is going to happen the rest of the evening. The important thing is we connect. Also ladies give your man a big old kiss when he gets home. Touch is an important element for a man.
Words of love and kindness. I don't have to tell you ladies about a man's fragile ego. Even thought they seem big and strong on the outside nothing can hurt a man more then his partner in life not supporting him with words of love and encouragement. We need to build our men up they have the rest of the world breathing down their necks ready to tear them apart. Make sure to tell him that you love him thanking him for the things he does instead of pointing out all his short comings.
A woman's attitude is very important; you have heard the saying if momma isn't happy nobody is. Think what a happy upbeat attitude would do for the man in your life. If you sent him off to work with a hug, kiss and a smile telling him to have a good day. Most men would float through the day with a smile on their face eager to head home back to you at the end of the day.
Show respect for your man weather it be in front of your mother or your children or any one else. We need to be careful with the things we say to others about our men as well as to our men. Respect can also be shown in our actions towards them, when they are talking turn towards them, engage them in conversation and treat them as another adult if nothing else.
Touch is so important to a man's psyche. For most men their love language is touch. A kiss, hug, a back rub, touching their hand as they walk by all of these things signals to a man of your care.
So, this Valentine's Day if you would like to give your man something that is much more important then a card and some chocolate think about the above gifts that you can give him and spend absolutely no money. Of course making sure he gets his steak dinner will make sure you are his favorite Valentine.

Nitrogen Tire Inflation
Filling your tires with Nitrogen instead of traditional air is becoming increasingly popular with the average driver. Nitrogen has long been used in the aircraft industry, on the race car circuit, and in the military. Now everyday drivers are realizing the benefits of Nitrogen tire inflation.
Here are the top five benefits of using Nitrogen to fill your tires.
- Maintain Consistent Tire Pressure - Using Nitrogen instead of air to fill your tires allows the proper tire pressure to be maintained for longer periods of time. This is important for adding to the life of your tires as well as increasing the safety of the vehicle. Maintaining the proper tire pressure also improves gas mileage therefore saving money in fuel costs for your vehicle.
- Protect Your Tires and Rims - Oxygen in compressed air is responsible for water vapor or moisture that builds up inside a tire. This moisture triggers inner oxidation of the rubber which can lead to tire wear or even blow-outs. Nitrogen in your tires eliminates the build up of moisture and prevents inner wheel corrosion.
- Tires Run Cooler - The moisture created by Oxygen in tires causes friction within the tire as it spins. This friction causes heat to build up and makes the moisture turn back in to a gaseous state. This then increases the tire pressure. Replacing the Oxygen with Nitrogen in your tires will eliminate the moisture, prevent the friction and heat, and maintain a more consistent tire pressure. The tires will remain cooler and the tread will wear evenly.
- Safety - Nitrogen is a safe gas to use in your tires. As mentioned earlier, it has been used by the airline, race car, and trucking industries as well as the U.S. Military for years.
- Good for the Environment - Nitrogen in your tires helps to maintain the proper tire pressure for longer periods of time, thereby increasing your gas mileage and requiring less fuel to be consumed. You are also preserving your tires by protecting them from premature treadwear, resulting in fewer tires being thrown away. Nitrogen tire inflation can help save our environment from pollution caused by the burning of fuel and can help save space in our landfills.
Choosing Nitrogen tire inflation for your vehicle can help maximize your tire's life, your vehicle's safety, and put money right back in your pocket by improving gas mileage and preserving your tires for longer periods of usage. Not only that, filling your tires with Nitrogen instead of air is the environmentally friendly choice.
Be sure to ask about the availability of a Nitrogen Tire Filling Station at your tire or automotive shop during your next visit. It will be your first step to an improved driving experience.

What is an O2 sensor on a megan racing header meant for?
I have a 2001 civic coupe and just installed a Megan Racing Header, Stainless Steel. There is an O2 sensor on one of the pipes of the header. They told me to make sure to keep the screw on the O2 sensor at all times. So what is meant for this O2 sensor? Why is it there in the first place. Is there something I can hook up to it?
This is what I bought..you can see the O2 sensor on this pic, on third pipe from left to right..

Your present sensor in the exhaust will go in that little provision made on the header.
If you keep it disconnected, your car will be down on pwr, and use more gas. Suggest to install brand new O2 sensor with the header...
