how do you mount the lower billet grill on a 2006 f150?

The lower grill came with clamps and an almost L shaped metal piece that looks like it is suppose to be screwed in somewhere but I can't find and hole to secure it to on the truck. Where dooes this go?

there should be some screws near the edge top and bottum on each side
and maybe 2 in the center
there should also be some alignment pegs to help it stay in place
