Brake Pads for a 1991 Mercedes 300E?

I'm looking to buy ceramic brake pads for my car since they are better than metallic and last longer than organic brake pads.

AutoZone only has metallic pads and Napa is charging about $90 for ceramic brake pads, hopefully that's for a set and not just one pad.

I will NOT order pads off line, I need them now.

Suggestions?
For my stop-and-go traffic I bought Semi-Metallic Brake Pads which are the best. Ceramic has the tendency to loose stopping power once the brakes get hot. Not to mention Cold and Hot temperature changes.

I would go to the dealer and get whatever Mercedes uses, and get new wear sensors while you're there. Aftermarket brake pads have a tendency to squeak and squeal on a Benz, no matter what kind of friction material they use.

Ceramic pads always wear out faster than O.E. pads. The benefit is less brake dust, but they don't work as well.

Save a few brain cells, get the dealer brake pads.
