Here are some more information for Napa Disc:

When I was a teenager, I saw ALL the bands play at London venues like Middle Earth in Covent Garden and at Implosion events at the Roundhouse, which was originally a steam engineer repair shed. I used to think nothing of seeing first rate acts like the late Tim Buckley, the Pink Floyd and Soft Machine play in such intimate settings. Jeff Dexter used to be the clubs' enigmatic disc jockey, and was the gregarious host at all times.
I used to be crazy about West Coast rock at the time, but although the Grateful Dead ensemble was one of my favourites, they were one act I never got to see in the flesh. I was fortunate to see Jefferson Airplane and the Doors play at the Roundhouse though (when I was a toddler, of course!). If I remember correctly (!), Jefferson Airplane had top billing but of course Jim Morrison stole the show.
Back then, I used to (wear a new Biba outfit a week) and hung out with a lot of musicians. Everyone on the London 'scene' seemed to be heavily involved with the Music Industry. It must have been a long time ago, because "Lemmy", who is best known as the founding member of the heavy metal band Motörhead used to be good looking in those days. I used to hang out backstage at rock concerts (like "Blind Faith") in Hyde Park, and saw American artistes like Janis Joplin perform at the Royal Albert hall. Jimi Hendrix, whom I witnessed devour his guitar several times, once tried to run me over in his car on the Zebra Crossing at Marble Arch!
I used to be so crazy about West Coast rock, one of my biggest fantasies was to marry an American rock star and live in San Francisco. It didn't happen, but my sister Lesley did marry the legendary and versatile musician called Austin de Lone, who currently lives in Mill Valley. He was 'gonged' with a "Milley" award in 2007 for bringing national and international honour to Mill Valley. He's a killer keyboard player, and also reworks bands as well as being a composer, songwriter, and producer. (He also helps organise benefit concerts in the name of Richard de Lone, his Prader-Willi Syndrome son).
Austin ("Audie" is his nickname) started the pub rock movement in England during the early Seventies with his legendary band, "Eggs Over Easy", and has worked and played with everyone in the Music Industry, including rocksters like Huey Lewis, Bruce Springsteen, David Crosby, Lightening Hopkins, Nick Lowe, Commander Cody, Loudoun Wainwright, Boz Scaggs, Howard Tate and Elvis Costello to name just a few. He is the only musician I know now, so it was a huge treat to hang out in Mill Valley during Christmas and the New Year and listen to his pulsating sounds.
I now very rarely see live music in London (there aren't that many cosy rock venues left now), so it was a delight to see Austin and his talented daughter Caroline de Lone perform while I was there. On New Year's Eve, we saw one of Austin's groups, the tight "Austin de Lone's Soul Blues Extravaganza" play at the beautiful non-profit Throckmorton Theatre. Guest artistes included the brilliant Dan Hicks (of Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks), a raunchy blues singer called Lisa Kindred, the youthful Lorin Rowan (of the Rowan brothers), and the charismatic Caroline de Lone. Will Durst's Big Fat Year End Kiss Off Comedy Show who opened the act were hilarious.
'Los Angeles is hell frozen over,' was one of their many laugh out loud wisecracks.
I also, caught Bonnie Raitt and Caroline (again) guest at the Mabel John show (after she left Motown, she was the director of the Raelettes, who backed Ray Charles), plus her magical musician son, Paul Collins also at the Throckmorton Theatre. Caroline is only sixteen (going on seventeen), but she is a natural performer with a belting big voice. Bonnie Raitt predicts she will do very well with her singing career. Praise indeed!
Other highlights of my action-packed holiday included a visit to George Lucas's lot in San Francisco (he lives in Mill Valley alongside all the old West Coast rock stars), and an intoxicating visit to Francis Coppola's Rubicon Winery in Napa Valley. I loved the film memorabilia upstairs which included antiquated magic lanterns. I had an exciting time, but the most positive thing about my trip was getting a sizzling idea for a rock 'n' roll screenplay. If it ever gets the green light, there are enough musicians in Mill Valley to provide the score!

Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport – Convertible
The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is the newest member of the impressive Bugatti Veyron family. Bugatti are known for their unique super cars. The new Veyron Grand Sport is a car to be really excited about. The Grand sport title has been given to this Bugatti as it's the convertible version of the ferocious quad-turbocharged beast.
The Grand Sport is a combination of technology, luxury added to the beauty of a convertible. It still has the sleek yet bubbly design as the standard Veyron and somehow the geniuses at VW who make the Bugatti, managed to get around the laws of physics and get this car to stick to the road. The car adjusts its aerodynamics automatically as you drive to keep it a safe drive. It has a roof made with special material which makes it easy to take off and fold away just like an umbrella. The car even comes with a cool warning system that tells you when you're driving too fast with the roof on, as there's a risk it may fly off.
Due to the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport being a convertible it has a top speed of 217mph, which is slower than the original coupe version which breaks records at 245mph. With that kind of speed, naturally you will need a way to stop this bullet, so Bugatti have made intelligent carbon-ceramic brake discs with interior ventilation. The rear spoiler also serves as an air brake at speeds of over 200km per hour. The Grand Sport has 1,001 break horse powers and literally eats the road with a 0-60mph time of 2.5 seconds. The Grand Sport has the most powerful engine in any production vehicle; it has 16 cylinders, with a combined 8litres, 4 valves per cylinder and four turbo chargers.
As well as being a supercar, this car is luxury at a new level. It has beautifully hand crafted full-grain napa leather interior. All the materials are of the finest quality, everything is precise and done with passion. You would think with a car as fast as the Veyron Grand Sport, Bugatti would have to leave out luxuries on the interior to make the car lighter. But no, they've included integrated GPS Satellite navigation, in-car phone, as well as quality sound system and even a 2.7inch monitor on the rear view mirror to assist while parking. Once parked, you don't even have to bother putting the roof back on. They've made it so that all storage compartments can be locked remotely.
So how much does this beast cost? It's around £1.4 million. For that kind of money you could buy a selection of supercars. Earlier I mentioned VW make these cars, but you certainly won't find one for sale outside a VW Dealers. You will have to source out a specialist seller or find a second hand one. Unsurprisingly I didn't find any Grand Sports for sale yet, but there are many standard Bugatti Veyron's available to buy now.

Arw NAPA (the auto parts store) ultra premium disk brake pads any good?
I bought these pads and want to know if they are good moneys worth
NAPA manufactures many parts for GM so I would think they should use good materials and have high quality control.
