1. Try bicycle exercises: Simply relax on your back with your hand behind your head. Try lifting your shoulders off the floor and bringing your knees up towards your chest. Stretch one leg to a forty-five degree angle while turning your upper body towards the opposite side, bringing the elbow towards the knee. Repeat this on the other side and complete twelve to sixteen times. This is one best exercise to tone abs quickly.
2. Try barbell rollout: On the floor kneel and grab a barbell in an overhand grip. The hands should be exactly shoulder width apart, with your shoulder over the barbell. Keeping you back flat, try to roll the bar forward as far as you can get. Right after you had pushed it, contracts your abs and rolls the bar back into its proper position. You can do this kind of exercises to tone abs ten times.
3. Try side stretches: Try to relax on your side, resting your weight on your forearm. Then slowly raise your body off the floor, support it with your elbow and foot, to form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankle. Wait for a few second before lowering yourself and doing the same on the other side of your body.
4. Try chair exercises: On a chair stand and grip the arm rests. Relax your back against the rear of the chair, stretching your abdominal muscles in order to raise your legs, lifting your knees towards your chest and keeping your back straight. Repeat this style of exercises to tone abs twelve to sixteen times.
All of these exercises is beneficial to keep your muscles and abs flat. So just be patient and determined to set your goal for you to achieve a healthy and trim body. whine in rear end of truck? ABS light on?
i had a question before about the noise in the rear end of my truck. could it also be a miss adjusted ring gear. i have a whine when it accelerates or coasts past 60km/h and the ABS light went on.
The ABS light means that the computer is seeing a signal that indicates the wheels are turning at different speeds. It might be that the sensor is broken or it might mean that the wheel really is not turning the same speed as the others. Since you have this whining symptom, my money would be on the wheel isnt turning the same speed. Your guess is better than mine as to why that might be.
