What to do when rear disc brakes do not release?

I have a 98 GMC Jimmy and just replaced discs on all four wheels. The correct pads are installed. The parking brake is adjusted properly. I have lubricated the caliper mounting bolts so they do not stick. The rear wheels spin. Everything seems to be fine, until I pump the brake pedal to seat the pads. Then I can no longer spin the wheel. Is this a problem with the calipers, or somewhere else in the braking system? Can I lubricate the caliper pistons, or must I buy new ones?

Hmmmm, I wonder and I am just guessing, on both sides? if its just one wheel then I would guess the caliper is bad, if its both sides check to make dang sure that its put together right, I means taking it back apart and inspecting and checking everything,.
