What is the exact difference between the engines in the Acura Rsx and Arcura Rsx type S?
They both have 2.0 liter, four-cylinder engine. I know the Type S has more Horsepower. All I hear is that it is "tweaked"
Can one make the Acura Rsx's engine the same as the type S.(By adding to it) what do you have to do?
So what is the best way to make the Rsx's engine more like the Rsx type S?
The type S has vtec on both the intake and exhaust side of the valves while the base k20 only has vtec on the intake side. type S also has higher compression pistons than the base. So if u were to try and make the base k20 the same as a type s you'd have to switch internals and switch the base head out for a type s heard.
