Here are some more information for Sensors Mercedes:

Well multi-car pile-ups happen usually due to weather, after all no one would intentionally run into another car. Well usually not, although road rage still exists. Now if you drive a smaller car and are hit by anything other than a bicycle you are sure to be injured in a multi-car pile-up.
The most common cause of pile-ups is fog banks at night or during the day. One notorious place for pile-ups is the San Joaquin Valley, Central Valley CA, where the Tule (TWO-LEE) Fog is.

Fog would settle and buses could not get to school there would be school delays and multi-car pile-ups on I-5. Happens every year and the fog it hovers about 6-8 feet off the ground if you are in a truck sometimes you can see over it. Usually not. Here is a description by Virtualtourist.com ; Description: A Central Valley particular, this condition is fairly common from December through February, when the ground is it's coldest. It is a time of the year when the rain is at it's heaviest, and after the rain is gone, and there is all this excess humidity and moisture, combined with the cold, forms this ground fog that is so thick, it's hard to make out what's in front of you. It is responsible for freeway pile-ups on highway 5, highway 99, and parts of highway 50 and 80. It is often heaviest from evening to morning, and is especially thick just south of Sacramento, in between Sac and Stockton.
Avoid tail-gating on the freeway, and do not drive with your high beams on. If you can, avoid the roads during these conditions, but if you must drive, drive slowly, with caution, you may want to roll down the window a bit, and turn off your radio, so you have better hearing conditions. Fortunately it has a tendency to burn off by noon, and is not a nightly feature in the winter. Also, if flying into Sacramento, you may want to avoid early and late flights in the winter season, because of this weather condition.
One pile up which may have been the worst in US History was 300 cars, yep 300. Here is some good advice we have seen on driving in the fog;

Certain areas and geographical regions tend to be fog areas, recently in Western Maryland there was a huge pile up, in the Central Valley CA there are certain land features and temperatures, which cause this. VA, DC, CA are all bad fog areas. There are so many areas and we know where they are. There is work being done to prevent these accidents and fog technology is being tested by BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, GM and Ford. Here are some ideas which came from the Tule Fog in CA;

Realize that cars do not drive by themselves but in the future smart technology and smart Freeways may provide the answer as in the latest science fiction movies. How practical and costly are these systems to the price of a car? Quite a bit, but a radar based system may provide more safety for auto drivers. We are bullish on this technology and we realize as we see more and more innovations come into the modern automobile.
Today the Fog of Road is serious, tomorrow we will have won the battle. Technology, smart sensors and the net-centric car of the future will keep you and your family safe from harm.

Mercedes-benz C-class Celebrates Triple Premiere at Geneva Auto Show
The 77th Geneva International Auto Show will be hosting the unveiling of many vehicles which are made to please the motoring public. Different car makers will be making an appearance to showcase their products. This year’s installment of the motor show seems to attract green car unveilings due to the increased environmental awareness. Since the European Union is hot on the topic of reducing greenhouse gases emission by vehicles car makers all over the world, they see it fit to introduce to Europeans the market’s greener and cleaner cars.
Among those car makers who will be showcasing their vehicles not only to the media but to the public as well is Mercedes-Benz. The star of the show of the German car maker is the C-Class. Aside from the standard production model of the class, Mercedes-Benz will also premiere the AMG-Mercedes C-Class DTM 2007, a racing version of the C-Class model; and the Vision C 220 BLUETEC, an environment friendly version of the model.
The demand for the C-Class is strong according to Dr Dieter Zetsche, the Chairman of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler AG. Zetsche serves also as the head of the Mercedes Car Group. “Since the sales release date at the end of January, more than 55,000 customers in Western Europe alone have decided in favor of the new C-Class,” says Zetsche. “We are confident that new C-Class will continue the success story of its predecessor, of which more than two million units were sold,” he added.
Mercedes-Benz will be showcasing the fourth generation of the C-Class during the motor show. The strongest selling points of the standard C-Class models are safety, comfort, and agility. These three factors are, of course, what the car maker is well known for. The anchor of the agility, comfort, and safety of the Mercedes Bezn C-Class is the AGILITY CONTROL system which includes a responsive shock absorber control. The use of the said technology increases the stability of the vehicles. This then translates to a better ride comfort, handling agility, and resistance to slips and rollovers.
The response of the German car maker in the demand for cleaner vehicles is the advanced four-cylinder diesel engine with BLUETEC emission control. This technology allows the vehicle to comply with stricter EURO6 emissions standards. The emission standard will be enforced from 2015 onwards. But as early as today, Mercedes-Benz shows that they already have the technology to meet and even surpass the restrictions. The engine can provide 170 horsepower and torque of as much as 400 Nm. For all these power, the BLUTEC engine is supposed to consume only 5.5 liters of diesel every one hundred kilometers. This feat is hard to achieve even for gasoline engines fitted with a knock sensor.

ECU Code128-I have a 2003 Sterling Acterra Mercedes Benz Truck with the Detroit motor and it has a code ECU128?
The Sensors of high coolant temperature and coolant level have both been replaced and the ECU 128 code is still on.
Does your MBz truck have a gasoline engine or is it a diesel? The Mercedes engines should have specific Fault Codes between P1105 and P1747. If you have a Detroit Diesel engine in your MBz truck, you should try an inquiry to the Sterling Motors in Great Britain.
Why car safety features can be dangerous
All those warning lights, chimes and vibrations help to save lives, but too many of them can overwhelm drivers.
