How do I clean my front seat in my truck?

we bought this 92 dodge diesel truck for very cheap, it works great but it needs a lot of TLC, interior wise. The biggest challenge we have right now is that the 2 front bucket seats have an amazing amount of concrete dust embedded in them, and we know just plain old vacuuming won't get the years of gunk inside the upholstery. We have already removed the seats to make it easier to clean. so any ideas internet??
