Never heard of a vacuum pump on brake system. There is a vacuum booster located in the engine compartment usually on the fire wall in vicinity of steering column and brake master cylinder. Don't know what year you got but brake boosters are sold at auto supply. Make sure the problem is not a vacuum hose leak before replacing booster.
