If you use the van/bus to go to a Veteran's appointment, do you have to come back on the van/bus?

I have a boyfriend that's veteran. He was suppose to go up to Akron today (we live in Ohio, in different places) for physical therapy. He takes the van up there. Is it required that he comes back on the van 'cause I haven't heard from him in a while and I know he's got friends that live in Akron. I'm starting to get worried 'cause by this time, he's either chatting with me or calling me.

In Tennessee, we have ETHRE and you are supposed to go both ways on bus(van).There could be a number of things to hold him up. Believe it or not, a friend of mine took it to Nashville ( we live below knoxville) and ended up in Ky. before the driver realized he was lost.He was following their directions but they happened to be wrong.She ended up haveing to make the trip a second time 'cause it took so long to get back, it was way to late for the appointment.She was talking to another passenger and did not realize they were going the wrong way. Your borfriend may have had to stay for extra tests or more therapy. Remember, "no news is good news !!"
